Kim Kardashian introduced her friend Demi Lovato, as she preformed her latest single "Skyscraper", in a dress from Antonio Berardi.
Sophia Bush planned her outfit around her Hands Up Not Handouts clutch, which is made by women in Africa. "We're giving women jobs rather than just giving them aide. When you create a job system it's there forever," she said of the clutch that was complimented by a flowing strapless Tibi dress and Jimmy Choo shoes.
Kristen Bell walked the blue carpet in a Etro dress, Casadei pumps, and carried a chain-fringed Jimmy Choo bag. She completed the outfit with Neil Lane earrings.
Kerry Washington was happy to be "celebrating real people who are making a difference in the world". She did so in a Zuhair Murad dress and Jimmy Choo booties.
Rose McGowan donned a star print Dolce & Gabbana dress, cherry red Brian Atwood shoes, a Judith Leiber clutch, and Neil Lane jewels to attend the awards show.
Host for the evening, Jane Lynch was elegant in an Alexander McQueen strapless dress.
Victoria Justice went for pop in a bright red Jay Godfrey dress and leopard print Giuseppe Zanotti heels.
