Daytime Emmy Awards- Best Dressed

After taking a few hits in the past months (the ending of shows like The Oprah Winfrey Show, One Life to Live, and All My Children), daytime television took some time to celebrate last night with the Daytime Emmy Awards. I've got the best looks from the red carpet here.

General Hospital's Laura Wright walked the red carpet in a long blush-coloured gown. She would later win the Emmy for Best Actress in a Drama Series.

No stranger to gowns, Wheel of Fortune's Vanna White chose a white one-shoulder mermaid dress for the awards show.

Wearing the hot colour of the evening, Heather Tom from The Bold and the Beautiful, wore her white in the form of a backless scoop neck gown, that she accessorized with emerald earrings.

Marlee Matlin buckekd the trend and went with a bright pink gown.

Days of Our Lives' Camila Banus also went for colour in a purple gown with a sweetheart neckline.
